Week 2 of my "Indian Food Obsession". I have eaten some type of Indian/Pakistani food almost every other day! And I'm still not over it! Today, I got take-out from Sweet India: butter chicken, rice and naan for the kids and goat biryani for me. Some mithai too, including a rather uncommon petha (candied winter melon). My goat biryani was delicious.. located in between Brampton and Mississauga. Free parking. mostly known for Bengali sweets. Best three non-sweet items are adi chicken biriyani, beef tehari and dohi fuchka. their Kachi biriyani or chotpoti are not so tasty. beef tehari is good for two person. very neat and clean restaurant and has few tables and chairs as well. it is an expensive restaurant compared to other Desi ( Indian.
